The transformation challenge is nutritional challenge that takes place in a group setting that allows you to converse with like minded individuals who want to improve their health and live their best life.
The time frame will depend on the time of the year and the challenge you enter. Most challenges do last about 4 weeks and depending on the time of the year, extensions will be offered.
The average person can lose a minimum of 10 pounds per challenge. This however is dependent on many factors including the amount of weight to lose, or how much effort you do put in. Although we do stress this isn't a numbers game.
Yes, you can. Everything will be described in detail with the launching of each program. You can also visit our supplements page that recommends the staple supplements to use daily so you can start today!
Generally there is the initial weigh-ins that are required. After that there are weekly updates that will need to be emailed in to us for tracking and information purposes. We do recommend that you take weekly progress pictures (for yourself), to document your journey.
The challenges are nutrition based so working out is not a requirement. However if you are able to do some physical activity throughout the course of the program, you can increase your success!
You do not have to pay upfront but we do require a deposit to reserver your spot in the challenge and those spots will be limited. However full payment will be needed prior to the start of the program.
